Which box will you check this election year?

If you live in Morrisville apartments, you are most likely a proud and active member of your community. If you plan to vote in this upcoming election, don’t forget to register. Follow these simple steps for registering to vote in North Carolina.

Remember, you can’t vote in North Carolina unless you register first. To be eligible to register, you must be a United States citizen, at least 18, and a resident of your county for 30 days prior to the election.

Your registration form must be postmarked or received at your local board of elections 25 days before the election. You can register at your local board of elections during business hours, download and mail in a registration form, register at a Division of Motor Vehicles when you renew your license, or attend a voter registration drive. To register, you must supply your name, current address, mailing address, birthday, place of birth, and your North Carolina driver’s license number. If you don’t have a North Carolina driver’s license, the last four digits of your social security number will suffice.
